The United State Attorney in Manhattan submitted a newly amended complaint on Friday in the forfeiture case of
United States v. One Tyrannosaurus Bataar Skeleton. The complaint was filed in response to
questions raised by the southern district of New York federal court. It has not been published by the court as of this writing.
